Hello, everyone!

(Took me four tries to write that because I kept typing “Hell" by accident, so hey, since it's applicable — HELL, everyone. #blameCorona)

Scroll to the bottom if you're just here for the 50% giveaway winner from our poll last week... We have some THINGS to discuss first!

This is Jen, and I’m at week “Clean Out Your Pantry” of quarantine, in which I decide at 3pm on a Wednesday to become a
real adult with a pantry that would make GOOP herself proud aaaaand nine hours later (circa 12:30am) end up weeping quietly into a bin of freshly-decanted lentils.

(If you clean out your pantry at any point, can I just recommend that you a. start the project early in the day, and b. also decant some wine? HELL to you, too, Gwyneth.)
I took The Home Edit’s advice of taking everything in my pantry OUT of the pantry (before grouping items by type and putting them back) and while it makes sense for your pantry, it's HORRIFYING for your soul.

Not only did I seek + destroy my previously-clean home's every available surface, thereby ensuring I HAD to finish the project or live in squalor amidst bags of stale Tostitos (probably The Home Edit's actual reasoning), I also made the deeply embarrassing discovery that... *deep breath*

I’m a quinoa hoarder.

Yeah. I know. It was a tough truth to confront and is going to take some work in pantry therapy to resolve (is there a Goop Lab episode for this?), but apparently I impulse-buy quinoa every time I see it like we're eating a healthy seed-based grain with every meal, when really, Jennifer, WE ARE NOT BIRDS. STOP TRYING TO BE A BIRD.

I had four Costco-sized bags of quinoa, friends. FOUR. None of my new bulk bins could even contain my quinoa. (A humble brag if there ever was one.) Next time you think you might need quinoa, email me. I will mail you some.

Not my pantry, but so SOOTHING. For more inspo, check out The Home Edit's Instagram.
What's in your "Pantry?"

I'm gonna try to pivot this metaphor right now ("pivot" = the entrepreneur's word of the Quarantine?), so stay with me:

Websites can so easily turn into my pantry. Neglected, messy, full of expired items (*cough* those about photos from 2014) and stuff we don't even USE taking up space on our virtual shelves. Done right, our website (/pantry) should make our life easier + be a beautiful, helpful space we use every day, but instead, it becomes a place you "shut the door" on and avoid as much as possible. You KNOW it needs work, but it feels like too big of a project to tackle right now.

But guys. I walked into my pantry early this morning for no reason at all (for approx. the 127th time) and damn if Marie Kondo didn't have a point — I think I felt a little spark of JOY as I ran my hands lovingly over my jars (and jars) of quinoa and saw the Tostitos tucked into their cozy little basket home.

And I realized...

That's how YOU should feel about your website.

RIGHT?! We want you to experience the spark of joy that comes with knowing you're looking your absolute BEST online... things are organized neatly, everything is in its place, and you can finally feel PROUD to open the door and show it off to anyone and everyone who stops by. (If not for COVID, the UPS lady would totally be seeing my pantry today... our golden retriever was not impressed.)

And if your website's my pre-glow-up pantry right now, we're here to help. Maybe you're hoarding old, off-brand portfolio galleries or outdated about content instead of quinoa. Maybe it all feels like an insurmountable mess.

But honestly (excuse the metaphor stretch), our super-customizable website templates are basically like a totally pre-organized, designer pantry... the beautiful shelves and bins are ALL ready for you — just put your brand and content in and go! And with our design plus a little elbow grease, you could be feeling like THIS about your pantry... er... website:

I go to my website just, like, to stare at it now. It's just so beautiful and it has everything JUST how I wanted it.  - Kendra
“It's like buying a house and finally having all your renovations complete, stepping back, cocktail in hand (of course) and being totally at peace,  not wanting to change a thing! - Courtney
I feel much more cohesive, and more importantly, I am PROUD of my website. For the longest time, I preferred people to go to my Instagram because I was so ashamed of my website. Now I encourage people to go straight to my website because I was able to do so much with it! - Heather
I feel really proud to show my new website to other vendors and inquiries that come in. I am excited to have them land on my website and pause and say, "Wow, if her website is this good of an experience she must be INCREDIBLE to work with.” - Aislinn
